Odor: Intense and enveloping fruity fragrance, rich in scents of leaf and artichoke with light spicy notes.
Flavor: Intense taste of leaf-vegetables together with the predominant aroma of fresh almond and chicory and an aftertaste of thistle. It has a strong and harmonious flavor.
Origin area: Monti Lepini and Ausoni.
